Meeting Information
All meetings will be held virtually only, until further notice, including Committee, Architectural Board, and Board of Directors meetings.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are responsible for maintaining the operations of the Association, including overseeing all Committees, Task Forces, projects, dues collection, inspections, and more. They use meetings to make decisions that are carried out by the Property Manager. They meet each month on the:
Fourth Thursday - 7 pm
Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board meets to discuss and review the Architectural Modification Forms. Homeowners submit these to keep the neighborhood compliant with the Homeowners Handbook, unifying the architectural design of the neighborhood. They meet each month on the:

Landscaping Committee
The Landscaping Committee is responsible for overseeing the general aesthetics of the community, including the recreational courts, asphalt paths, playgrounds, common areas, and general landscaping. They also put together community improvement and repair projects. They meet each month on the:

Pool Committee
The Pool Committee is responsible for overseeing the general operations, maintenance, appearance, and improvement of the pool. This includes the pool house, the pool, the surrounding landscaping, the lifeguards and pool management company, and rules and procedures.They meet each month on the:
